A warning, or a zone warning, is a series of values and percentages for the metrics you measure everyday when you take a sample with your POGO (ie Moisture %, EC, Temperature, Soil Temperature, Salinity Index, Specs). These metrics are directly tied to the imagery you see when TurfPro Cloud produces Visual Insight imagery.
These values are intentionally modifiable so you can set the values to what you need on your turf. Your POGO account comes with a general set of values you should customize for each of your zones after taking samples. By modifying the values for your terrain, you'll ensure that the Visual Insight map of the zone you took produces an accurate chart.
For example, a zone you have has a zone average moisture % at a range of 19% to 21%. Anything above or below that will show varying colors depending on the severity of the difference. Anything within that range will show as green on your Visual Insight. By changing the zone average to a larger or smaller range, Visual Insight will show that change.
We recommend taking a look at our guide on Zone Warning Practices. It covers the basics you need to refine your Visual Insight.
