Pin Sheets
The Pin Sheets section of TurfPro is where you go to view the pin placements you’ve created on any given date, print pin sheets, and access the QR Code generated for your pin sheets to be shared with your players.
If you’re looking for instructions on setting pins, see the Set a Pin page.
Prerequisites
Before you can start tracking your pins, please make sure you have the following setup:
Printing your Pin Sheet
Selecting Print opens the native print dialog box for your system (Windows/Mac). Options will depend on the operating system and internet browser you’re using. From this screen, you’ll be able to print the pins on the selected date.
Date
Selecting the date opens a calendar where you can select your desired date. Dates that have a pin placed on them are highlighted in green.
Customization
Fill Green
Fill Green creates a crisscross pattern that emulates the appearance of a freshly cut green on your sheet. By selecting Fill Green, you clarify where the pin has been placed on a given green.
Draw Center
Draw Center places a star in the center of your green. The center is to assist players by providing a point of reference for where the pin is to the center of the green.
Approach Marker
Approach Marker indicates where the ball is coming from. This is set during the Zone Creation process. You can learn how to Set an Approach Marker here.
Memo Box
The Memo Box is a notes section for you to communicate any additional desires information with your players. It appears under the shown zones.
QR Code
A QR Code is generated for each date that you’ve placed pins on. This appears under the shown zones and can be scanned with your phone to pull up a digital pin sheet.
TurfPro recommends showing the QR Code on a monitor somewhere in your club so that players can pull up the pin sheet at their own convenience.
A QR Code will not be shown if you have not setup a Public Key.
Property Logo
Selecting Property Logo adds your Logo to your pin sheet.
A Property Logo will not be shown if you have not added a Property Logo.
Size
Size will adjust how large or small the greens are displayed on your pin sheet. You can select from Small, Medium, and Large options
Greens Missing Pins
This section notifies you if a zone labeled as a green does not have a pin placed on it. Each one will be named on a separate line.
